We kindly request that all items be returned in an unworn, unused, and unwashed condition, exactly as you received them. Regrettably, we are unable to issue a refund for items returned damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition. Please be advised that all returned items undergo a thorough inspection to maintain the quality and integrity of our offerings.

We sincerely apologize if you have received a damaged item. To address this matter promptly, kindly email us at info@body-karma.com with your full name, order number, and photos of the damaged area. Our dedicated team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
What should you do if your item develops a fault?
If your item develops a fault, we encourage you to contact us at info@body-karma.com with your order number, full name, and photos of the damaged area. Our commitment is to address and resolve any issues. Please note that after 3 months, we may be unable to accept liability for faults.
What items can you return?
Understanding that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, we allow returns or exchanges within 14 days, provided the items are still in their original condition.
Has your return been received?
We do not initiate communication upon receiving returns; however, we will reach out when a refund or exchange is processed. To track the status of your return, please refer to the returns tracking number on your postal receipt.
When will you get your refund?
The processing time for refunds depends on your chosen returns courier. Refunds may take up to 7 days from the date we receive your order at our warehouse, with an additional 5 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Your refund is Incorrect
In the event of an incorrect refund, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. To expedite resolution, kindly share an image of your return's postage receipt, along with the names of the returned items, to info@body-karma.com. Can you be refunded to a different card?
Unfortunately, we can only issue product refunds to the original payment method provided at checkout. If you have lost or canceled your card, please be assured that your refund will still be processed, and your bank can transfer the payment to your new account.
How do you return your order for an exchange?
For an exchange, please complete the returns form, specifying the desired replacement item, including color and size. We will process the exchange upon receiving your return receipt. If the requested item is out of stock or of higher value, we can issue a credit note for your order.
